Cancellation Policy

At IBL Salon, we are committed to giving every client the time, care, and attention you deserve. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and our goal is to create a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone who visits our salon. We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another client who may be waiting. Late Cancellations & No-Shows To respect our stylists’ time and ensure fairness to all clients, the following fees apply: • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 75% of the service amount • No-shows: 100% of the service amount • Multiple services booked: • Primary service: 100% • Additional services: 75% (when cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice) These fees will be charged to the card on file. Booking Policy A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Some services may require a deposit, which will be applied to your total at checkout. This helps us honor your time and ensures appointment availability for everyone. Emergencies We do understand that true emergencies happen. If you experience a medical or personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can decide how to move forward with care and fairness.
